Self-operated temperature control valve does not need external energy and automatic temperature adjustment, suitable for steam, hot water, hot oil and other media for a variety of heat exchange applications.

Self-operated temperature control valve is widely used in heating, air conditioning, domestic hot water temperature automatic adjustment, and special occasions, automatic temperature adjustment.

Self-operated thermostatic valve works:

The self-operated thermostatic valve utilizes the principle of thermal expansion of the liquid and incompressibility of the liquid to achieve automatic adjustment. The expansion of the liquid in the temperature sensor is uniform, and the control effect thereof is proportional adjustment. When the temperature of the controlled medium changes, the temperature of the temperature-sensing liquid in the sensor expands or contracts.

When the temperature of the controlled medium is higher than the set value, the temperature-sensitive liquid expands and pushes the valve core downward to close the valve to reduce the flow of the heat medium; when the temperature of the controlled medium is lower than the set value, the temperature-sensitive liquid shrinks, and the return spring pushes The spool opens to increase the flow of the heat medium.

The composite cap is produced in the clean plant, with the overall plant reaching to Class 10,000 and some for Class 1,000,000. The main working procedures, such as the injection molding, inspection, cleaning, assembly and inner packing and so on, are designed and processed as per the

cleanliness requirements at the partial level of Class 100, which passes the GMP on‐site certification and complies with the cleanliness

requirements of high capacity injection medicine.

The facilities involved by production, test and inspection of composite cap are available, with strict control and management to be conducted in the whole process of production, free of plasticizing agent, loading agent and lubricating agent, and free of absorption or transfer when contacting with liquid medicine, neither the pyrogen and soluble matter, thence such facilities may ensure the product quality.

The polypropylene composite cap for plastic infusion container is mainly used for non‐PVC soft‐bag infusion and polypropylene plastic bottle infusion.
