At the end of the national "Quality Month" campaign in 2011, on September 26, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine held a press conference to inform the ten typical cases this year.

1. The Hubei Provincial Bureau of Quality Supervision investigated and dealt with the case of production and sale of fake liquor by Xilai Commerce & Trade Co., Ltd. On January 29, 2011, according to the report, the Hubei Provincial Bureau of Quality Supervision jointly with the Wuhan Municipal Public Security Bureau conducted a law enforcement inspection on Wuhan Xilai Commerce and Trade Co., Ltd. and seized 209 foreign wines such as counterfeit Maotai, Wuliangye and other foreign wines. There were 25,000 varieties and the value of the involved products was 3.77 million yuan. At present, the case has been transferred to the public security organs. The public security organs have filed a public prosecution against five people involved in the case, including Yang and Zhou.

2. The Quality Supervision Bureau of Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province investigated the production of counterfeit cosmetic dens in Chong Village, Changfeng Town, Renqiu City. On June 14, 2011, according to the report, the Shanghai Baoshan District Quality Supervision Bureau conducted a law enforcement inspection on Shanghai Ailun Vehicle Co., Ltd. and seized the company's 3,875 electric bikes listed in the catalogue without a production license. The value of 6.49 million yuan. At present, the case has been transferred to public security agencies for investigation.

4. The Shanghai Bureau of Quality Supervision investigates Wang Liangbao's counterfeit auto parts production and sales. On January 12, 2011, according to the report, the Zhoukou City Bureau of Quality Supervision of Henan Province jointly with the Economic Investigation Detachment of the Public Security Bureau conducted a law enforcement inspection of Henan Sande Profile Co., Ltd. located in the village of 20, Liyuan Town, Fugou County. At present, the case has been transferred to public security agencies for trial. Two people involved in the case have been arrested by the prosecution.

7. The Xinjiang Shawan County Bureau of Quality Supervision investigated Yuan Gangbin's case of counterfeiting another manufacturer's name and site. On January 13, 2011, according to reports, the Shawan County Bureau of Quality Supervision of Xinjiang Province conducted a law enforcement inspection on a farmer's detergent processing site in Sidaohezi Town, Shawan County, and seized 25 tons of laundry detergent powder with the words “Diamond”. 72 tons of bulk detergent, 240,000 bags, as well as production equipment for washing powder, packaging machines and sealing machines. After inspection, Yuan Gang’s fake “carved brand” laundry detergent was unqualified. The value of the goods involved was more than 1.7 million yuan. The case was transferred to the public security organs for trial. At present, the Shawan County People's Court has sentenced relevant personnel involved in the case to be punished with imprisonment and a fine.

8. Shandong Huangdao Inspection and Quarantine Bureau investigated and prosecuted a batch of imported copper scraps that were seriously exceeded the standards of radioactive materials. On August 17th, 2011, the Huangdao Inspection and Quarantine Bureau issued inspections and quarantines for the cargo named “No. 2 Scrap Copper” from Columbia, which was supplied by Royce Company (English name: ROYCE CORPORATION, Registration No.: A840041964). , found that radioactive exceeded. After re-examination, the maximum value of the γ-irradiation penetration dose rate on the surface of the container has far exceeded the national standard. Huangdao Inspection and Quarantine Bureau handed over to the customs for return processing. At present, the batch of goods has been shipped out of the country.

9. The Guangdong Inspection and Quarantine Bureau investigated and prosecuted cases involving the importation of electronic waste prohibited by illegal importing countries in Germany. On January 4, 2011, the Guangdong Inspection and Quarantine Bureau legally examined a group of goods declared as waste plastic by Guangdong Hengtong Industry & Trade Development Co., Ltd. (registration number: B44070533) sold by Encore Services Limited (registration number: A036042077). It was found that the shipments contained a large amount of solid waste that was banned from importation, such as undisassembled waste computers, electronic appliances for discarded household appliances, discarded audio-visual products, and other countries. The value of the goods amounted to 18,998 US dollars. The Guangdong Inspection and Quarantine Bureau will hand over the customs to return shipments.

10. Shenzhen Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau investigated and punished counterfeit inspection and quarantine certificates. On February 25th, 2011, the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau of the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau put an end to two dens of counterfeit sales of new inspection and quarantine certificates in Luohu District, seized 112 new fake certificates and arrested five criminal suspects.
