Steel Lined PTFE Metal Hose

Steel Lined PTFE Metal Hose is a type of flexible hose that is designed to handle a variety of corrosive and high-temperature applications. This hose is constructed with a steel outer shell and a PTFE inner lining, which provides excellent chemical resistance and temperature stability.

The steel outer shell of the Steel Lined PTFE Metal Hose is typically made from either stainless steel or carbon steel. This outer shell provides the hose with high strength and durability, allowing it to withstand high pressures and extreme temperatures. The steel shell also helps to protect the PTFE inner lining from external damage and abrasion.

The PTFE inner lining of the Steel Lined PTFE Metal Hose is a high-performance polymer that is resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including acids, alkalis, and solvents. This lining also provides excellent temperature stability, allowing the hose to be used in applications where temperatures can reach up to 500°F (260°C). The PTFE lining is also non-stick, which means that it resists the build-up of debris and contaminants, making it easier to clean and maintain.
