Refueling vehicle fire safety related matters

Fire safety requirements:

1 Fireworks are strictly prohibited within 15m from the refueling vehicle and within the refuelling area. When refueling, at least one fire extinguisher should be kept ready for use.

2 Before carrying out various refueling operations, the refuelling vehicle and the oil-receiving equipment must be grounded. If they share a common subway drill, they can be connected without wires, otherwise they need to be connected. When opening the fuel tank cap, first contact the fuel gun with the fuel tank cap. During refueling, the fuel gun should always be in contact with the fuel filler port. After the fueling operation is completed, the fuel tank cap should be closed first, and then the grounding wire and connecting wire should be retracted.

3 During the refueling process, prohibit the refueling vehicle and the oil-receiving device from starting the engine or motor and switch any electrical device.

4 Whenever an enemy attack, a lightning strike or a fire in a nearby area, stop all fueling operations immediately.

5 When top-loading the refueling vehicle, the outlet of the refueling pipe should be extended to 200mm away from the bottom of the tank, and the refueling speed should be appropriately reduced before the fuel refueling refueling pipe exits. When using the fuel gun to circulate the fuel, the fuel gun should be fitted with an extension tube that extends from the top of the tank to the fuel level.

6 Fuel hoses are not allowed to go beyond one equipment and refuel another equipment. Refuel hoses are strictly prohibited from approaching the exhaust pipe of the vehicle.

7 It is not allowed to drive the fuel truck past and close to the fire source.

8 When the fire in the tank is inside, stop the refueling immediately and close the manhole cover.

9 If clothing gets wet with oil, it should be immediately removed and the clothes should be wetted with water. If there is no water, you should hold your hands first to ground equipment before you remove your clothes.

Counter Current Cooling Tower

Counter Current Cooling Tower has higher efficiency of the same volume, and offers larger water temperature difference. But it also comes with several disadvantages:


1.The unequal height between the air inlet and the water eliminator makes up the big Counter Current Cooling Tower and its high power consumption.


2.Meanwhile, the tower adopts nozzles to distribute water, which needs high pressure requirements and are easy to be blocked.


3.The entire tower body of the countercurrent tower is a closed structure, and it must be shut down when the equipment is overhauled or routinely maintained.

4.In addition, the rapid loss of water in the lower tank is very large, and it is easy to form water mist around the cooling tower, which is easy to cause the reproduction of legionary bacteria.
