1. The bearing wear of the ball mill equipment is greater than 1/3 of its thickness.

2. The wear of the pinion surface should not exceed 30% of the tooth thickness. The wear of the large ring gear tooth surface is greater than 25% of the tooth thickness. It can be used on the reverse side and should be scrapped when it is 1/2.

3. The deformation of the ring rim distortion should not exceed 7.5mm.

If your concentrator ball mill meets the above criteria, it should be disposed of. And purchase new ball mill equipment in time, so as not to affect the normal production of the concentrator.
