CCCC designed and built the largest self-propelled cutter suction dredger in China

The signing ceremony for the design and equipment supply contract for the self-propelled cutter suction dredger “Tianhao” built by CCCC was recently held in Tianjin. Xia Zhonghao, deputy general manager of Tianhang Bureau, and Xi Wen, senior vice president of VOSTA. LMG of Germany, signed the contract, marking the entry of the largest 4,500 m3/h self-propelled cutter suction dredger in China into the design and equipment manufacturing stage.

The total length of the ship is 127 meters, the width is 23 meters, the design draft is 5.5 meters, the maximum depth is 30 meters, the total installed power is 19600KW; the designed maximum row spacing is 8000 meters, which is the most in China. The ship combines the world's advanced modern hull, turbine, electrical and other dredging equipment technology. It is currently the largest and the world's third self-propelled cutter suction dredger; equipped with 4000KW T-SIX reamer, underwater The box sealed variable frequency motor drive can excavate 60 MPa weathered rock; the trolley steel pile system uses flexible steel piles, so that the ship can be constructed even under the harsh construction conditions.

The construction of the ship will further enhance the production capacity of CCCC, which is of great significance for advancing the equipment strategy of the Sky Navigation Bureau and enhancing the equipment capability of CCCC.
