Travel and Tourism Tax Code Implementation Regulations solicit social opinions

The full text of the "Regulations on the Implementation of the People's Republic of China Taxation Law on Vehicles and Boats (Draft for Solicitation of Comments)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Draft for Comment") will be published in full, soliciting opinions from all sectors of society If the relevant units and people from all walks of life have amendment opinions on the draft, they may submit their opinions by July 14, 2011 through the following methods:

(1) Log on to the legal information network of the Chinese government, and submit comments on the draft for comment through the "Administrative Legislation Draft Collection Management Information System" on the left side of the home page of the website.

(2) Send the opinion to the following address: Beijing Legal Office of the State Council's 1750 Mail Office (Postal Code: 100017), and please indicate on the envelope the “Request for Comments on the Implementation Regulations of the Tax Code for Vehicles and Boats”.
