3. Hand oil pump on the oil pump There is a rubber sealing device between the piston and the hand oil pump body. Do not tamper with it. Replace the rubber ring when it is damaged.
4. After the hand pump is used, it must be pressed back and tighten the button to prevent the hand pump and the apron or the ball valve and the valve seat from inadvertently leading to air intake or oil leakage.
5. Ensure that the piston pump “four springs” is normal and elastic. The "four springs" are piston springs, tappets (roller) springs, inlet valve springs, and outlet valve springs. The elasticity of the spring is weakened or broken. Replace it in time or pad adjustment.
6. Ensure that the gaskets are intact and that the number of dismantling cycles of the plastic ring should not be excessive and should be replaced regularly.
7. There are drainage holes in some pump bodies. The function of this hole is to make the small amount of diesel oil leaked from the pump directly out of the pump body. Do not block the hole and prevent diesel from entering the oil pump sump to dilute the oil.
8. When the fuel pump oil sump is found to be too much diesel, it is necessary to promptly check the gap between the piston and the pump body, the tappet and the tappet sleeve of the oil pump, and if it is too large, it must be treated in time to prevent serious leakage of the diesel fuel, so that the fuel injection pump and adjustment Poor lubrication in the gear unit.
9. When the machine is stopped for a long time, prevent the matching surface of the oil pump, especially between the piston and the pump body, between the tappet and the tappet sleeve, due to the water contained in the oil. Corrosion must be taken. (When shutting down, replace the oil pump oil pan. Lubricant with moisture, diesel and other impurities).
10. The diesel fuel must be filtered through sedimentation to ensure cleanliness and prevent the impurities of the oil pump from increasing the wear of the inlet valve, the outlet valve and the valve seat of the oil pump. Sometimes, the oil valve may even fail due to impurities.
