This plastic pelletizing granulating line which is suitable for many kinds waste plastic materials recycling and making pellet, such as PE/PP/HDPE/PLA Film,bags, PLA film,  clean woven/nonwoven bag materials, etc. The film can be pressed in compressor and then be pelleted. And also has very developed design, makes sure this machine has a long working life and economical efficiency in using.You can choose use single stage or double stage pelletizing machine according to how clean of you material; also you can choose the cooling cutting system or die-face hot cutting system. 

Process flow of plastic film granulating machine:
 Feeding conveyor belt →metal detector(optional) → compactor feeder→single screw extruder(first stage) →Vacuum degassing system→hydraulic screen changer→Degassing Die Head→ Single screw extruder(second stage)→Hydraulic screen changer→Degassing die head→Water cooling tank→Drying Blower→Pelletizer cutter→ vibration screen → air conveyor→silo

Tower structure: all steel structure, tower skeleton, cloth water system, climbing ladders, guardrails are Q235-B material, anti-corrosion using hot-dip galvanizing, surround panel for glass Glass steel.

Windpipe: kinetic energy recovery type, air flow organization is reasonable, high efficiency;
Fan: Wing-type adjustable cooling tower dedicated shaft fan, blades are aluminum alloy or glass steel.Motors,

gearboxes: YE2 series outdoor energy-efficient energy-saving motors, protection class IP55, insulation class F-class.

Filler: modified PVC raw material thin belly filler, high temperature, aging, flame retardant, bonding into a block strength.

Water receiver: the use of high-efficiency low-resistance rib arc water receiver, modified PVC material pull squeeze molding, water collection effect is significant, the drift rate is less than 0.01%.

The fan system tower is equipped with motors, gearboxes, fan access platforms and passageways, and there are climbing ladders and guardrails outside the tower.

Pool: This tower's pool and foundation, pre-buried steel plate, etc. by the user is responsible for, the water level should be controlled at -0.25-0.3m as well.
