New version of automobile scrap allowance standard released

It is reported that this new management method is to revise the Interim Measures for the Administration of the Retirement and Renewal Subsidy Fund for Old Automobiles, and to update the scope and subsidy standards for the old vehicle auto-renewing subsidies. According to the announcement, the subsidy standard for vehicles sold to end-of-life vehicle recycling companies between January 1 and December 31, 2013 and within the scope of subsidy is RMB 18,000 per vehicle. Among them, semi-trailer tractors with a subsidy range of more than 10 years (including 10 years) and less than 15 years and heavy-duty trucks with a total mass of more than 12,000 kg (including 12,000 kg) (including regular trucks, vans, and warehouses) Barrier trucks, closed trucks, tank trucks, flatbed trucks, container trucks, dump trucks, and special-structure trucks do not include full trailers and semi-trailers. The scope of this subsidy has been reduced compared to 2012, and subsidies for rural passenger vehicles and city buses have been cancelled.

The old owners who meet the scope of subsidy can rely on the “Application Form for Old Automobile Discarded and Updated Subsidy Funds”, the original “Recycled Vehicle Recovery Certificate”, the original and copy of Motor Vehicle Deregistration Certificate, as well as valid identification certificates and vehicle owners.
