Detailed vehicle

The sweeping vehicle adopts the liberation tiger VN (wheelbase 3300 ) national 52- type chassis modification, adding auxiliary engine, fan, clean water tank, garbage bin, left and right vertical sweep, rear suction cup, sweeping dust reduction system, hydraulic system, special The device's electronic control system and sub-frames are modified (can be installed before and after flushing).

1. The liberation tiger VN (wheelbase 3300 ) type national five- two type chassis, the cab with front turn, with the original direction of assistance, 7. 0 0 R 1 6 wire tire, front and rear bridge with air shock absorber. Equipped with all-wood 70kw engine, low fuel consumption .

3. The automatic clutch drives the fan to reduce the impact on the engine when the fan starts and stops. It has the advantages of high wear resistance, long service life, low noise, low fuel consumption and cost saving during use.

4. It adopts the listed company Beibotaixin high-power wear-resistant maintenance-free centrifugal fan, which has no noise, high efficiency , large air volume and long service life (Fig. 2 ) .

5. The water tank fully utilizes the car space, the volume is 1.5 m3, and the built-in water level alarm. The inside of the water tank is made of anti-corrosion, anti-rust and anti-virus treatment, which makes the pump run safer and ensures the cleaning efficiency.

6. The garbage bin adopts double-layer inner tank stainless steel structure with a volume of 4 m3 and a filter plate inside, which can effectively prevent the light objects such as leaves and plastic bags from blocking the discharge of air outlets and dust. 7. The left and right vertical sweeps are single sweeping discs, and the front sweeping discs have automatic avoidance function, which reduces the number of sweeping brushes and the consumption of sweeping brushes, and can reduce the use cost. A water spray device is installed on the brush for spray dust reduction. The left and right vertical sweep control can realize different working modes such as back sweep and full sweep (Fig. 3 ) .

8. The suction nozzle has a suction width of 1100mm and a maximum working width of more than 2.8m . Three height-adjustable nozzle wheels make it easy to adjust and ensure a reasonable gap between the nozzle and the road surface, so as to achieve better suction and higher efficiency (Figure 4 ) .

9. The sweeping cycloid motor adopts domestic well-known brands, with long service life, stable and reliable, and low failure rate.

12. The hydraulic components are integrated and superimposed, and the electro-hydraulic control of the cab is centralized.
