X-axis clearance too much fault repair

Analysis and processing: X-axis clearance consists of coupling clearance, bearing clearance, screw clearance, mechanical elastic clearance and other components. Remove the X-axis guard plate, shut down the power supply, hold the screw by hand, and turn back and forth, feeling a larger free corner, a larger gap; adjust the X-axis screw bearing clearance, tighten the nut to tighten it and no improvement, so I suspect there is a problem with the screw nut. Loosen the screw nut and the worktable and check that no gap is found. Then open the bearing seat flange and check the screw bearing. Find that the inner ring of the two-point contact bearing (back-to-back) has been tightened together. Under normal circumstances, there should be The gap indicates that there is no room for adjustment of the bearing clearance.
According to the outer diameter of the bearing, a small ring pad with a thickness of lmm is used to subtract the original gap in the middle of the pair of bearing outer diameters, so that the inner ring of the pair of bearings has a clearance adjustment margin of about 0.8 mm. After installation, tighten the bearing back-up nut properly, set parameter 0535 to 0, measure the X-axis clearance with the dial indicator to 0.02mm, set parameter 0535 to 15 and measure the X-axis clearance to 0.01mm. The X-axis clearance can be eliminated. .
