The turbofan new high-pressure turbine disk is the first in China to use high-temperature powder metallurgy in the prototype production, which has high strength, high toughness and poor cutting performance. Choosing the right tool material, designing a reasonable broach structure, and determining the scientific broaching process plan are all key to the process technology. Starting from the trial of the new turbofan machine, the Liyang Pan-axis workshop started the research on the high-speed turbine disk blade grooving process of powder metallurgy materials.
After repeated research and analysis, according to the actual conditions at that time, we chose to use the test piece first, then use the process test piece to test the process, and finally form the technical route of the turbine disk, and put forward more than 10 kinds of process test plans. The process test began in March 2004. However, the process test work encountered difficulties at the beginning. When the test piece was used for trial processing, the tester first used the turbojet engine to produce the shaped broach for trial pulling. As a result, just after several gutters, the gutter size appeared. Changes, razor wear and broaching angles.
Through trial and error, the broach structure was improved, the broaching allowance was redistributed, and the broaching process was optimized by carrying out research on broach selection and heat treatment. The problems were solved one by one. On the basis of the basic solution to the process technology, Yiyang Liyang began trial broaching with the test piece on June 13th, and completed the test on June 16th. The test was considered successful after the review. On the afternoon of the same day, the parts were officially broached. After the broaching was completed on the afternoon of June 19, there was no abnormality in the broaching process. All the dimensions and technical conditions were all qualified after comprehensive measurement.
