Application:
Series ZY high vacuum insulating oil purifier is specially designed for purification of aging transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, capacitor oil as well as for other electrical insulating liquids. The process maintains the oil's dielectric strength, removes free, soluble water, air-gases and particulate matter.
Features:
1. This machine is small, hi-efficient conveniently. And it can live operated with electrical, vacuum oiling the power equipment and dry moisture of power equipment.
2. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
3. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
4. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure the machine operation easy and safely.
5. Adopts interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
6. Working with BZ insulating oil regeneration device to decolor (remove acid, oxide, free carbon) and lower dielectric loss, making the treated oil more limpidity.

The inflatable tent is produced by a combination of adhesive bonding and high-frequency thermal bonding.
The air columns are made of PVC double-sided coated fabric and the canopy is made of waterproof and
UV-resistant material, which has the advantages of fast forming, high strength, flame resistance, mold
resistance, UV resistance, and moisture resistance. The tent is an inflatable tent with an air column frame,
which is lighter, smaller, and easier to carry than a metal stand tent.
Set Up
The inflatable tent is relatively easy to set up, just lay the tent flat on an open space, connect it to a
foot pump or an electric pump and it can be set up in a few minutes by just two people.
Dismantling
The same applies to the dismantling of the tent. The dismantling and packing of the metal stand requires
a large number of people and takes a long time. The inflatable tent can be dismantled by simply letting
it deflate naturally or by pumping it up with an electric blower.
