3. Whether the pressure of the water ring vacuum pump exhaust port is too large;
4. Whether the water ring vacuum pump exhaust pipe is blocked;
5. Is the water ring vacuum pump exhaust pipe installed too high or too thin?
Second, whether the water ring vacuum pump is deactivated for a long time.
The water ring vacuum pump is deactivated for a long time, and the motor load will cause the temporary current to be too high.
After the water ring vacuum pump is deactivated for a long time, you should try to rotate the shaft and the impeller before starting the machine to see if it can rotate normally, and check if foreign matter is transferred into the pump chamber. At the same time, a rust remover or 15% oxalic acid can be added for about half an hour to remove scale.
3. The water ring vacuum pump motor is connected to the two-phase power supply, and the three-phase power supply is not enabled.
At this point, the three-phase power of the water ring vacuum pump can be turned on. Before starting the machine, you should carefully check the specifications and models of the water ring vacuum pump, the rated power of the motor, the rated voltage, and the rated current. The operating instructions must be strictly installed for proper operation.
