In view of this situation, the company decisively made a decision: Completely renovate the primary dust removal and secondary dust removal system and completely solve the problem of converter dust.
A dust removal project will use the "tower + ring joint" technology to transform the existing one and two systems. Through the "scrubbing tower" technology to achieve flue gas cooling and pre-dust; by adjusting the size of the "circular seam", effectively improve the system dust removal efficiency; through the system to remove the free water within the flue gas dehydrator. Through the girth control system, the micro-pressure operation at the furnace port can also be realized to eliminate the fumes from the furnace mouth. After the transformation, the chimney emission concentration can reach 100mg/m3, which is lower than the 150mg/m3 national dust emission standard. The content of the secondary dust removal reconstruction project includes the addition of a new 22000m2 dust collector, and the rational distribution of the dust removal points of the secondary dust removal system of the original 3 converters and the reorganization of the system so as to achieve the purpose of no fumes in the plant. Affected by venues and other factors, during the process of the project, the company will also dismantle a 5000m3 gas cabinet outside the plant area of ​​Yigang. The gas cabinet will be located in a new location.
