This structure is good for overdrive, and has better heat dissipation performance. At the same time, since only one surface emits light, its beam is concentrated. , good directionality, easy secondary optics. At the same time, the sapphire substrate LED chip on the market has to be made into a vertical structure, and laser stripping technology must be used, which has the risk of injuring the chip itself, and the reliability of the product has hidden dangers; and the natural material properties of the silicon substrate enable the LED to The vertical electrode structure is easily obtained, which is more reliable than laser stripping. The beam is evenly concentrated, the directionality is good, and the heat dissipation performance is excellent. What the UV LED needs is what the silicon substrate technology is good at, and the silicon substrate + UV LED can be said to be a natural pair.
