The owner was Dong Licun Liang Lifeng (male, born in April 1970) of Dongda Street Office, Chang’an District, Xi’an City. The vehicle contained 47 passengers and actually took 46 passengers. The accident vehicle was hired by Xi'an Xiangcha Trading Company.
