Precautions for Using Israeli RISCO Detectors

Israel RISCO multi-detector with anti-masking patented technology ensures excellent detection results, and any intruder can hardly escape its “line of sight”. For intruders who cover their own infrared rays with objects, they always maintain good detection capabilities.

Engineers should pay attention to the following points:

The contractor should provide Israeli RISCO detectors in areas that require protection. The contractor should be responsible for determining the location of installation in each area to provide full coverage while minimizing false alarms.

The wall-mounted Israeli RISCO detectors should also be mounted on ceilings or corners and should share mounting brackets so that they can be used interchangeably. The detector should have an optional wall swivel bracket with back tamper.

The plastic shell should be unobtrusive and relatively thin – no more than 41mm deep. Detectors using different technologies should use the same plastic housing to make the appearance of the installation harmonized. The detector should have sufficient wiring space for installation.

The contractor should select the most suitable Israeli RISCO detector for each area in order to provide excellent detection while minimizing false alarms. The installation height should be variable between 2.1 and 3.3 meters.

The detector should have interchangeable wide-angle or corridor lenses.

Shuangjian Technology (PIR+ microwave) detectors should use anti-masking technology - meaning that once the specific situation in which the PIR channel is vulnerable is detected, the detector will automatically switch to microwave-only detection:

Case A: When the ambient temperature is close to body temperature.

Case B: When the detector recognizes the intruder's disguise or obscuration intention.
