(2) Electric block (also known as electric hoist)
The electric trolley can lift heavy objects for up and down movement, and can also be assembled on a single track for forward and backward movement to form two-way operation at the same time. The lifting weight can reach 10t, generally 2~5t. When installing, the hoist track must be aligned with the equipment. Centerline to facilitate smooth vertical lifting of the parts. The device is simple and flexible to operate, the service line can be long or short, and can be straight and bendable, but its bending radius must meet the required value of the minimum radius of curvature.
(3) Bridge cranes (also called bridge cranes)
Respectively, by a bridge crane lifting mechanism, bridge crane trolley and driving composition, can be used for the vertical, lateral, longitudinal movement of the three-way, service interval, widely used in the mineral processing plant. According to the structure and transmission mode of the bridge crane, it is divided into single beam, double beam, manual and electric. When selecting specifically, it depends on factors such as plant span, required lifting height, lifting tonnage, number of equipment, working system and special requirements.
The manual single girder crane is a light bridge type lifting device, which is suitable for use when the lifting tonnage is less than 10t and the span is less than 17m, and the maintenance task is not heavy.
The electric single-beam crane has a lifting tonnage of less than 10t. Due to electric power, it has a fast working speed and is suitable for use in heavy maintenance tasks.
The difference between the electric double girder bridge crane and the single girder crane is that it adopts a complicated double girder truss and has a large lifting capacity of more than 100t. Those with a lifting weight of 15t or more are equipped with main and auxiliary double hooks, and the span can reach more than 30m.
The electric bridge grab crane is used for concentrate loading and loading. The lifting weight can reach 20t, and the span can reach 31.5m. When the ball mill is loaded, the magnetic bridge crane can be used.
The maintenance system for the overall lifting of the equipment is not often used in the design. The reason is that the tonnage of the crane is too large, the structure of the plant is complicated, and the construction cost is increased, which does not necessarily save maintenance time. Therefore, the tonnage of the inspection crane is generally considered in terms of the maximum size of the equipment being repaired or the weight of the largest part that is difficult to disassemble.
