He pointed out that the global power battery market has always been entrenched in several major companies. In 2017, the top ten companies accounted for 80% of the total shipments. The market share of the top five power battery companies in 2017 is 61%, and by 2018 it has increased to 71%. Huang Shilin said that in the past few years, under the guidance of national policies and encouragement, China's new energy vehicles have achieved rapid development. From 22,000 in 2013 to 2017, the number of complete vehicles reached 818,000, of which the market is passenger cars. Mainly, it has increased by 58% compared with last year. The development is very fast. It is expected that the total vehicle loading in 2018 will exceed 1 million.

Chen Qingtai said that the global competition of power batteries is increasingly fierce, Chinese enterprises will gradually expand from the domestic market to the international market, and Japanese and Korean companies will further exert their efforts in the Chinese market. China will become the main battlefield for power battery competition, and European and American countries. Although enterprises have lost their position in this round of competition, they are already laying out the layout for the next stage of competition and are potential strong competitors.
