Beneficiation plant using hand-selected - re-election - flotation - re-election process

First, crushing and hand selection

1. The crushed mine is a two-stage closed circuit process. The maximum mass of the ore mine is 400 mm, which is lifted into the coarse ore bin of the concentrator by the hoist and fed into the first 600*900mm jaw crusher by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder. The ore is crushed to -150mm, and is washed by 1230 double-layer vibrating screen and sieved into three grades: -150~30mm granular ore is again screened and hand-selected, and -28~18mm grade ore enters the second stage and is broken. All of them are crushed to -18mm, de-sludged by a spiral classifier, and returned to the fine mineral storage tank for storage. The slime enters the thickener and is dehydrated and concentrated, and then separately subjected to flotation treatment.

2, hand-selected for two-stage operation, using the forehand selection to select the finished sulfur-oxygen-rich strontium concentrate and lean concentrate, and the lean concentrate is broken into the second closed-circuit crushing system. The hand-selected waste rock was transported to the waste rock yard by a dump truck.

Second, re-election and grinding

1. Re-elect the crushed and hand-selected ore for two-stage sorting. The first stage is divided into three-stage jigs (-18+8, -8+2, -2+0mm), and the jigging is carried out after the rod grinding (-4 -0mm) all obtained sulphur-oxygen mixed cerium concentrate. The second jigging tailings entered the ball mill.

2. Grinding rod mill is used to process -18+8, -8+2 mm two-stage jigging tailings. The ball mill is used to treat the second jigging tailings, and the finely ground products are then used to recover the sulfide products by flotation. There is also a billiard mill for grinding fine concentrates.

Third, flotation

The second stage of the jigging tailings is subjected to closed-circuit grinding and flotation of the strontium sulfide minerals. The flotation process is performed by one rough selection, one selection and one sweep.

Fourth, shaker re-election

Used to recover cerium oxide minerals in flotation tailings.

In addition, the plant also uses a flotation-re-election joint process to treat primary and secondary strontium slime.

EVA Traction Pad

EVA Traction Pad is the tail pad to be sticked on the surfboard. It comes with center arch and kick tail, which allow surfers to control the direction and stability when surfing in the sea.

The design of surfboard traction pad can be in one piece, two pieces, or three pieces basically. The standard the classical texture for traction pad would be diamond like texture, as it can provide the stronger grip among all of them.

There are two ways to make the logo on the traction pad, one is PVC logo, the other one is EVA color connect logo.
EVA Traction Pad
PVC logo is a very simple idea, just make a PVC logo based on the design and insert it into the traction pad. One advantage of PVC logo is that it can be more detailed and complicated than the EVA color connect logo. And it can be repeatly used on other pads without any more setup tooling charge.

The EVA color connect logo is made along with the pad itself. Unlike the PVC logo, it is also EVA material same as pad, and also shows with the texture. The design of this logo can not be too detailed and small, it needs to be larger and simpler so that we can use the different color EVA material to connect them.
