Mercury beneficiation products and technical standards

Mercury ore beneficiation plant's main products include mercury cinnabar ore and two kinds.
1. Mercury concentrate Mercury concentrate is the raw material for smelting of mercury. China's mercury mines are usually the joint selection and smelting joint ventures, the grade and moisture content of mercury concentrates, and each enterprise is determined according to the nature of the ore and the comprehensive technical and economic indicators of the selection and smelting. In general, there is no special requirement for the impurity content of the smelter. To date, there is no uniform mine quality standard. At present, the grade of mercury concentrate in domestic concentrator is usually 10 to 30% (Hg).
2. Vermilion According to the color and use of cinnabar minerals in ancient China, there are some other names for cinnabar, such as cinnabar, dansha and danzhu, which are still used in traditional Chinese medicine formula. However, in the field of modern science and technology and production, the mercury sulfide mineral is generally called cinnabar; the mercury sulfide mineral product obtained by processing and purification is called cinnabar. That is, cinnabar is the name of minerals, and cinnabar is an industrial product name. And the product quality standards for cinnabar (the following table) were formulated.

(1) According to the chemical composition, cinnabar is divided into three grades, all of which are calculated as absolute dry products and should meet the listed requirements.
(2) The surface of cinnabar should be kept clean and must not be mixed with foreign inclusions.
Some enterprises have established corporate standards for super cinnabar, according to the size of the granules.

1.5L-4.5L Air Fryer

Typically, cooking time in an air fryer is reduced by 20% compared to a conventional oven. This will vary by brand and the amount of food cooked in the air fryer.
