Hefei a logistics company 30 people collective food poisoning has been confirmed due to nitrite

An incident of collective food poisoning occurred in Dazhong Logistics Co., Hefei, Anhui Province on the 6th, including 26 company employees and 4 food delivery personnel who had sudden food poisoning after lunch delivery. The Hefei City Center for Disease Control and Prevention has confirmed that it is caused by nitrite. Poisoning personnel are receiving treatment in hospitals. The vital signs of all personnel are relatively stable and life-threatening.

According to reports, at around 11:30 on the 6th on the 6th, 26 employees of the Hefei Dazhong Logistics Transportation Co., Ltd., after taking the packed lunches out of the collective food, suffered from symptoms of suspected food poisoning such as limb weakness, dizziness, vomiting, and purple lips. After the incident occurred, the health supervision department and the public security agency immediately carried out on-site food inspection work and went to the lunch room to investigate and collect evidence.
