According to the wellbore inspection hole J3, it can be known that the depth to the original surface is 9.15 meters and the fine sand and clay , 9.15 meters to 13.2 meters for gravel and fine sand, 13.2-15.5 meters for silty clay, and 15.5 meters for bedrock. . Since the J3 hole just after construction is near the wind well, the groundwater and sand layer have been turned on, which has certain influence on the open channel construction.

Second, the construction plan

Third, security measures

1. Topsoil excavation

1) The excavator driver must be certified to work and strictly follow the operating procedures.

3) Before the excavator works, it must check its running mechanism and braking system, and take anti-sliding measures before the lifting, the ground is soft, the water is anti-subsidence danger, and the steep slope is prevented from turning over.

4) The excavator is strictly forbidden to maintain and refuel during operation. During the process of turning or digging, the bucket is strictly prohibited from changing direction. No hard objects are forcibly excavated. All personnel are not less than 3 meters away from the mechanical activity radius.

5) Only when the dump truck driver sends out the soil loading signal, the earth and stone can be installed in the vehicle.

6) It is strictly forbidden to pass the bucket from above the cab of the dump truck, load the vehicle evenly, and not to be biased or overloaded.

7) When excavating the open trough, it must be excavated layer by layer from top to bottom. The thickness of each layer can be mastered by the excavator driver, and should not exceed 3 meters. The construction can be carried out under the deep excavation.

8) If there is water in the tank, it is drained by the clear drainage method. At this time, a water collecting pit is set at the bottom of the pit to allow the water to flow into the pit, and then the pump is discharged to a distant place. The puddle pit is arranged outside the foundation area. The pit is reinforced with wooden boards. After the foundation is dug enough to design the depth, the bottom of the pit should be 1-2 meters below the base surface, and the gravel filter water is laid. The water pump is suspended on the steel pipe frame. Special care to prevent the silt from damaging the pump body, and the pump drains at any time.

9) When the slope is constructed at 35°, when the soil layer of the slope is unstable, it is maintained by the pegs and the woven mesh is maintained if necessary.

10) Pull the police cords, railings and nets around the upper mouth of the open trough. It is strictly forbidden for the idlers to enter. Each class has a special person responsible for safety and must not throw objects into the trough.

2, stable mold pouring

1) The template must be firmly and reliably installed, the screws are aligned, and the tie rods and struts are complete and reliable.

2) The person must wear a belt when working at a height of 2 meters or more, and the belt is firmly rooted.

3) Pay attention to the safety of others when tying the steel bars to prevent smashing, puncture, and injury.

4) The concrete is fully stirred by the JS-500 mixer, driven into the concrete pump and then input into the template. The electric vibrating rod is used to fully vibrate. The conveying pipe is set tightly, and the machine is maintained by a special person.

5) If the dumped concrete is transported by dump truck, it should not be too close to the steep slope, and there should be no people near 5 meters in the lower part.

6) Special types of work are certified.

3. Security maintenance

1) A warning cord is placed around the open slot, and non-workers are not allowed to enter.

2) No one may carry out activities such as throwing debris or drainage into the pit that are not conducive to safety.

3) The debris near the pit and on the slope should be removed in time to prevent people from falling and hurting.

4) Buildings or structures within the construction area such as nearby poles must be removed in time.

5) All construction workers must pay attention to the safety impact of various vehicles.

6)) The upper part of the open trough is constructed with earthen cofferdams and the height is not less than 600mm to prevent rainstorm from entering the open trough. 1, steel

2, template

The distance from the center line of the wellbore to the template is 2100mm (+10~+30mm);

The distance from the 1 meter waistline to the top and bottom plate is 2100/1700mm (+10~+30mm).

4). Allowable deviation:

Axis displacement ≤5mm

The flatness of the joint is ≤15mm.

3, ç ¼ engineering

1). The quality of cement, aggregate, water and admixture used must meet the design requirements and relevant regulations and procedures.

2). The ratio of bismuth, raw material measurement, mixing quality must comply with the design specifications and regulations.

3). The water in the wellbore, the water in the water, the conduit, the trough removal, and the ground have rain protection measures.

4). Specification deviation:

The distance from the center line of the wellbore to a gang: 2100mm (0~+30mm);

5). Wall thickness

6). Surface quality: no cracks, honeycombs, dog holes, and exposed bars.

7). Allowable deviation

8) The bottom is 100mm thick, C30ç ¼.

2. Extend the 5 m wellbore and release the slope line on the ground.

3. Party A shall contact the highway for temporary diversion. Once the road is rerouted, it is necessary to set up obstacles at 30 meters from the construction site at both ends of the construction section and hang warning signs.

4. The front slope shall not be greater than 45°, and the slopes on both sides shall not be greater than 35°.

5. There is a special person to monitor the stability of the slope. In case of danger, the personnel in the pit must be evacuated in time.

6. Strengthen the maintenance of the slope, and start the masonry foundation after the open trench has been drilled for the length and depth.
