China will become the largest wind turbine producer in 2009

According to Steve Sawyer, Secretary General of the Global Wind Energy Council/GWEC, China will become the world’s largest wind turbine producer in 2009, which will bring new changes to the rapidly developing renewable energy sector. According to the agency's data, although wind power generation accounted for only 1% of the world's electricity supply in 2007, it is developing rapidly. By 2020, wind power will meet 12% of the world's electricity demand, which will greatly benefit the control of global warming.

To cope with global climate change and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, the renewable energy sector has attracted more and more investment, especially wind power, which provides more electricity than other renewable energy such as solar energy and biomass. According to Sawyer, by the end of 2009, China's wind power generation capacity will increase from the current 4 million kilowatts to about 10 million kilowatts, which is half the capacity of the current world market. In 2007, the world's new wind power generation capacity will be 1.70-109 million kilowatts, and the total power generation capacity of wind turbines will exceed 90 million kilowatts. In 2008, the global wind power generation capacity will exceed 100 million kilowatts.

According to Sawyer, China's two largest wind turbine manufacturers, Jin Feng and Huarui, have already made large-scale export plans for 2009 and 2010. China currently has no export of wind turbines, but once the government pushes forward, exports will develop rapidly. (More than 1,500 companies in more than 50 countries) must prepare for the impact of China's wind turbines on the world market.

At present, the world's largest wind turbine manufacturer is Vestas in Denmark. Other important manufacturers are Gamesa in Spain, GE in the United States, Suzlon in India, and Enercon in Germany.

Pressure Vessel

A pressure vessel is a vessel that can withstand high pressures and is commonly used for storing, transporting, and processing various gases, liquids, and gaseous liquid mixtures. The pressure vessel is mainly composed of vessel body, flange, seal, support and accessories. Common pressure vessels are gas cylinder, gas storage tank, distillation tower, reactor and so on.

The design and manufacture of pressure vessels must comply with relevant national standards and specifications, and pass strict inspection and testing to ensure their safety and reliability. During use, you must comply with the operation regulations and safety precautions, and periodically check and maintain the device to ensure its normal operation and safe use.

The main business scope is various heaters, waste heat boilers, pressure vessels, supportingair preheaters, air coolers, furnace accessories and accessories, and provide equipment installation, with EPC ability of projects. At present, our customers have covered all large and medium-sized petrochemical enterprises in China and established long-term strategic cooperative partnership with them. Products are exported to Southeast Asia, Middle East, and other regions.
