According to relevant experts, the launching control system uses advanced absolute position detection sensors, combined with variable frequency speed control technology and PLC precise control technology to ensure the smooth launch of the ship. The actual effect of the launch of the three ships shows that the deviation of the first and last 190 mm of the ship is only 1/4 of the original launching control mode when the water is launched. The ship's launching safety is better guaranteed, and the work efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of manual operation is reduced. After the technical transformation of the launching water control system is fully put into use, it will be able to meet the requirements for ships with a depth of 100,000 tons below the inland river comb slide.
