1.1 Introduction:
This machine can make Aluminum-plastic tube and Plastic tube.
The B.GLS-III model aluminum-plastic laminated tube machine is successfully researched and developed by our company through absorbing internationally advanced technologies on the basis of the first generation tube machine. The machine is mechanically, electrically and pneumatically integrated. Compared with other products of its kind at abroad, it has such features as low investment, high efficiency, low energy consumption, easy operation, stable performance, simple maintenance, etc.
B.GLS-III Aluminum-plastic laminated tube machine uses aluminum-plastic laminated sheets and full-plastic laminated sheets as the materials and adopts high frequency welding technology for producing various specifications of laminated tubes. The products produced are featured by flat and firm weld seams, precise and beautiful cutting etc.
By adopting the device of sheet replacement without machine stopping, it is featured by the highest sheet utilization rate, the lowest labor intensity, safe use, etc.
B.GLS-III Aluminum-plastic laminated tube machine unit is mainly composed of automatic unwinder, connection platform, automatic edge cutting device, automatic deviation correcting system, automatic forming device, high frequency welding device, vertical and horizontal dragging devices, automatic control and tracking rotary cutting device, man-machine interface control system, etc.

2.1 Introduction
B·GLS-IV Tube Machine is successfully researched, designed and manufactured by us with the advanced technologies home and abroad on our tube machine of the second generation. Together with mechanical, electronic and pneumatic technologies, the B·GLS-IV is high automatic. Compared with the machines of the same kind home and abroad, it boasts of lower investment, higher productivity, lower consumption, easier operation, automatic warning on failures, non-stopping roll re-feeding, accurate position of rotary cutting, easier maintenance and more stable performance. With the high frequency welding and the aluminum-plastic laminated material, it can produce laminated tubes of all specifications with smooth and firm welded seam. Its accurate cutting makes the tubes the same length. It can be combined with our B·ZT-III automatic shoulder-injecting machine to become an automatic tube production line that is scientific and reasonable in working in high speed and producing well products. It has the advantages of high utilization, lower labour intensity, more safety, etc. over the domestic tube machines used now.
This machine is mainly composed of automatic roll-releasing device, connecting platform, storing case, automatic margin-cutting mechanism, automatic tube-forming device, high frequency welding mechanism, vertical and level traction devices, automatic tube-feeding mechanism, automatic synchronous revelling cutting mechanism and computer control system. 3.B·ZJ-III Automatic Shoulder Injecting Machine for Round and Oval Shoulder
 

3.1 Introduction
B·ZJ-III Automatic Shoulder Injecting Machine, researched and manufactured on our own, is a new type machine of advanced science and technology specially for shoulder injection. Its all operation is controlled by PLC of large-scale through a people-machine interface of touch screen. By plastic injecting, spitting, squeezing and welding, it can make a plastic shoulder for plastic tubes and aluminum-plastic tubes. And the shoulder is smooth, beautiful and firm.
This machine mainly includes precise clearance apparatus, automatic tube-feeding device, fixed volume injecting device, plastic spitting device, mould-closing forming device, mold separating device, automatic tube-releasing device , automatic material-feeding device and cushion container.

4. B.ZJ-II Shoulder Injection Machine
 

Double-mold alternate forming is adopted with high working efficiency. Screwing pre-plasticization, fixed and limit feeding, and full-hydraulic fast&slow mold closing are adopted. It has such advantages as high mold clamping force, smooth mold movement,electric interlocking, smooth and beautiful injection head, good safety and reliability, small floor space, easy mold assembly and disassembly,etc.
Shoulder-injection mold: diameter of tube is 12.7mm-60 mm with oval and round shapes. Design and manufacturing can also be made according to customer requirements. Thread shapes can also be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.

5. B.ZFG -II Top sealing and capping machine
 

5.1 Introduction
This machine is suitable for opening the hole in the head of plastic or aluminum-plastic laminated tube which is hermetic, and sealing the hole with aluminum foil, then capping the tube finally. It includes three functions together.
This machine is an ideal machine for the tube manufacture plants. It uses the advanced PLC control and screen-touch interface programs, and the servo electric drive can keeps pinpoint. It also enjoys firm structure, widely usage, high speed and stable operation. Accurate holing, attractive sealing and precise capping are all the advantages of the machine.

6. B.SJ-1080 Cap Making Machine (160g)

6.1 Introduction
Injection moulding machine applies high responsive proportional variable pump system to replace the traditional 3-way proportional valve control mode , thus to enable the high match of power between hydraulic out put and machine effective operation which avoids energy loss from high pressure throttle , flow , compared with normal constant pump drive machine the variable pump drive machine is able to save . In addition , the machine less heating enables save of cooling  water by 30% , debasing peripheral noise and extension of service life hydraulic sealing part sand oil to minimize operation and maintenance cost and meanwhile to meet the strict international environment protective policy finally , the amount of the output increases obviously.
