When they are in contact with the medium, their requirements for the medium are also more demanding. Ceramics are relatively brittle, and diffused silicon diaphragms are relatively thin and are afraid of hard objects. Once the hard particles hit the diaphragm, the pressure sensor is broken.

What should we do? We used a type of load cell in a simulated coal seam pressure. Yes, it is a load cell. When there is pressure to squeeze the pressure fulcrum of the load cell, there will be a change in weight. Then can we use this method to measure the mud? The pressure point is made into a plane, and the size of the plane is fixed. The pressure is the pressure on the unit area, the area is known, and the pressure can be calculated. When you do the calibration, you can calibrate it according to a certain proportion. In actual use, this method is still more feasible. Only when the pressure is small, this method is not sensitive enough and the accuracy is not guaranteed.
