Instead, some local people posted on the Internet to seek donations, and sold donated items that were sent to Huining by mail.

Post office sells donated materials?

On January 5th, Baidu Post Bar appeared a post titled "Heart of love, where your love goes!". The poster said that the day was in Taiping Town, Huining County. He was at the entrance of Taipingdian Post Office in Huining County. Seeing people selling postal parcels in the streets, each parcel costs about 20 yuan. According to the posters, according to his understanding, these parcels were donated to the impoverished areas in Huining by all parts of the country and were sold by post office workers.

The post quickly caught the crowd and netizens accused the post office of beloved, but soon the post was deleted.

Residents' yard sells parcels

The reporter used the identity of a nearby elementary school teacher to talk with a woman who claimed to be a surnamed Chang, and Ms. Chang said that the parcels she sold were basically clothes. There were more than one hundred bags sold in the past few days. Now it is not much. After the reporter bought a parcel at a price of 10 yuan, the recipient on the parcel was "Yang Yonghua," and the address was sent to a school in Pingjiang County, Hunan Province.

The reporter then telephoned the person in charge of the school in Pingjiang County, Hunan Province. The person in charge said that a teacher of the school had seen from the Internet that a person named “Yang Yonghua” in Huining County had posted a post saying that poor local children needed help and the teacher started. People around us donated clothes to Huining Yang Yonghua.

Ms. Chang opened the parcel and asked the reporter to check. There were 12 pieces of clothes in the parcel, all of which were 78% new.

Each parcel is sold for 10-30 yuan

Why did Ms. Chang have so many postal parcels? In a reporter’s enquiry, she said that she was sent to her by a relative in Beijing, and she specifically sold her. Relatives paid for the acquisition in Beijing and mailed to Huining. However, Mr. Feng’s remarks from the post office pierced Ms. Chang’s lie that the man named Yang Yonghua was sold to Ms. Chang and then sold again by Ms. Chang. Ms. Chang later admitted that she was a relative of Yang Yonghua and a parcel bought from Yang Yonghua.

In the meantime, people constantly went to the small courtyard to buy parcels. According to neighbors, it was often carried by three horses to pull packages.

The reporter learned that these materials that Ms. Chang sold were all items donated to Huining from all parts of the country, mainly clothing. She packs and sells for 10 to 20 and 30 yuan per package.

Posting on the Internet attracts a large amount of donations

It is understood that Yang Yonghua and Zhang Jinqin are local farmers. Four or five years ago, both posted on the Internet that local poverty needed to donate clothes. From then on, a large number of clothes were sent to them from all over the country.

In 2009, when volunteers volunteered to visit the area, they discovered that Yang Yonghua had made inaccurate posts and did not distribute love materials to local students. Volunteers directly donated love materials to schools. However, Yang Yonghua has received a steady stream of love packages. .
