Water quality requirements
General no corrosive clean water;
Solid matter content of no more than 0.01% (weight ratio);
PH value 6.5-8.5;
Chlonne ion content is no more than 400 mg/L, hydrogen sulphide-no more than 1.5 mg/L;
Water temperature is not higher than 20 degree.
Start - Running - Parking
• Start:
1 Before starting, with 500 V M D meter to measure the grounding insulation resistance value of electric
pump should be not less than 5 MQ. (usually get data in 12 hours after installation). •2 when starting ,
observe the current, voltage is an accordance with the prescribed scope, or abnormal sound operation and
vibration phenomenon, if abnormal should be solved in time.
• Running:
In the running of electric pump keep observe the voltage, current, the change of flow and head,
if find one of the following descriptions, stop mnning.
The current under rated voltage, which more than rated value;
Under rated head, the drop value of flow bigger than the normal position;
insulation resistance below 0.5 M n;
internnittently water come out from pump;
Pumps have suddenly sound or larger vibration;
Allow Horizontal or obliquely installation range

The CNC lathe frame is made from HT300 cast iron and the frame is integrated with bed foot made of one-piece casting. The width of bed`s guide rail reaches 440mm. All of them guarantee that this lathe has high rigidity and stability. 2. The basic components of CNC lathe are made of resin sand casting and processed with aging treatment. The guide rails have been treated with high-frequency quenching and fine machining to guarantee the lathe`s long-term stability. 3. The main drive system of CNC lathe adopts manual control and consists of three gears (low, medium, high gears). Equipped with encoder, it can realize stepless speed regulation. The main spindle adopts high-precision special spindle which is suitable for heavy machining, as it has the distinctive features of high precision, high rigidity, small thermal deformation, smooth running and little noise. 4. The longitudinal and transversal feeding systems adopt semi-closed loop control. They are driven by servo motors and the power is transmitted by high precision ball screws. The pulse encoder will send feedback to test positioning accuracy. 5. The guide surface for longitudinal and transversal feeding systems is pasted with plastic which has little friction resistance and avoids low-speed climbing. 6. Hydraulic, pneumatic chuck and hydraulic or pneumatic tailstock is optional. 7. The lathe adopts centralized automatic lubrication system which can reduce the wearing of moving parts and prolong their service life.
